FAQ

Is Zielinski & Co. a security company?

No. We are a private advisory firm.
We do not provide guarding, surveillance, or physical protection services. Our work focuses on risk assessment, decision support, and crisis advisory. Where operational security or investigations are required, we may help coordinate with trusted external providers.

Who do you typically work with?

Our clients are founders, business owners, senior executives, families, and SMEs operating in complex or sensitive environments. We also work alongside legal, financial, and professional advisors when decision-making risk is elevated.

Do you work with individuals who are not referred?

Yes, but selectively.
While most engagements begin through trusted referrals, we do consider direct inquiries. An initial Risk Snapshot is used to determine whether an engagement would be appropriate and useful for both sides.

What types of problems do you not handle?

We do not engage in:

  • operational security or bodyguard services
  • private investigations or surveillance
  • litigation support or legal representation
  • mental health or family therapy

We also do not engage where expectations are unrealistic, adversarial, or driven by speculation rather than credible risk.

Do you collect intelligence or confidential data?

No.
Our work does not involve illegal data collection, surveillance, or access to protected records. We rely on structured analysis, client-provided information, lawful sources, and judgment to support decision-making.

How does an engagement usually begin?

Most engagements begin with a short Risk Snapshot conversation, followed—if appropriate—by a structured Risk Audit. Further advisory work is proposed only when it adds clear value and reduces risk.

Do you offer ongoing retainers?

Yes, in limited cases.
Advisory Access is available to clients operating in dynamic or high-sensitivity environments. Retainer relationships are selective and reviewed periodically.

What happens if a situation becomes urgent?

In time-critical situations, we provide short-term Crisis Stabilization advisory. This focuses on regaining situational awareness, restoring decision control, and coordinating appropriate responses during the first critical hours.

Are engagements confidential?

Yes.
Discretion and confidentiality are fundamental to our work. Engagement details are not disclosed, marketed, or referenced without explicit consent.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

Due to the limited size of our firm, we are unable to respond to all inquiries. Messages are reviewed periodically, and responses are provided only where an engagement appears potentially appropriate.

How do you price your services?

Fees vary depending on scope, urgency, and complexity. We do not offer standardized packages for all clients. Pricing is discussed only after an initial assessment confirms relevance and fit.

How do we know if Zielinski & Co. is the right fit?

If you are seeking operational services, technical execution, or rapid reassurance, we are likely not the right firm.
If you are facing uncertainty, pressure, or complex decisions and value structured judgment, discretion, and clarity, an initial conversation may be worthwhile.
